Mending Patriotism

Participants contribute to an original quilt using clothes from migrants crossing the US border. The project aims to provide a space for learning and exchange around the issues of border-crossing, human migration, and national identity.

Farmworker Immersion Project with VC CLUE

Friday, April 10th (RSVP ONLY: pilar.pacheco@csuci.edu), 8-3 p.m.
A program that places students in the community learning about farmworker rights and immigration issues. We will visit farmworkers, their families, homes, and visit local farms. Students will work in the field and have a group reflection.
